PTS (Pivotal Trend Service Co., Ltd.) is a Yokohama-based technology company with a decade-long history in Japan’s telecommunications industry. Formerly known as Pivotal Telecom Service, the company was founded in 2013 and has provided critical infrastructure and engineering services to leading telecom operators such as SoftBank Mobile, KDDI, and NTT.
